Dr Pierce is awesome! Focused, factual, helpful, questioning and sincere. Shawn helped me with my glasses order and she made recommendations that added to my positive experience. I’ll be continuing to return to this very fine EyeCare Clinic.

I really loved Bentonville Eye Care. I was greeted right away. Very friendly, professional and helpful. I was early and they took me back before my appointment time!! Derrick Pierce was so nice, helpful and friendly. Has a wonderful sense of humor also which was so nice. He helped me by saying my exam could be ran through my medical insurance since I have a history of cataracts. Since I don’t have vision insurance that help and I didn’t know that you could do that. He was awesome. I would recommend him for sure!! Then I met with Cindy who helped me pick out frames and lenses. She was also very friendly, personal and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs!!

I highly recommend Bentonville Eye Care! They have a wonderful caring staff and my eye exam was very thorough. My doctor was so kind and gave me time to ask any questions and explained my concerns and what can be done. Please give them a call to schedule your next eye appointment with them, you will be glad you did!

Dr. Coats is by far the best Eye Doctor I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot through the years with my eye problems. He is so thorough and compassionate with my problems and he has helped me so much. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good eye doctor. His office is up to date with the latest technology and his staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Oh, my, did they make our eye care appointments delightful! My sweetie and I were both quite impressed with the personal attention we received, from the thoroughness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness of Dr. Andrew Murphy, to the sensitivity and detailed care given by Shawn Christensen who helped us with our glasses. Shawn even remembered helping me at my last appointment nearly 10 years ago! And their frame selection was first class, as well! I enthusiastically give Bentonville Eye Care the highest recommendation, and will spread the word to friends and family that this is the place to go for all your eye care needs!

I had a great experience at Bentonville Eye Care. Dr Pierce was very thorough and attentive during the eye exam. Katherine helped me extensively in understanding my options that are available with my insurance coverage. I highly recommend them for eye care needs.
